RETURN POLICY

 

Pink Attitude Boutique will accept returns within 30 days of the original order date.  Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them.  The items must be unworn, unwashed, have no perfumes or smoke smells and also have  all original tags attached.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

We do not offer refunds back to your method of payment.  We allow returns for store credit or exchanges ONLY.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing regarding sizing.  Call our store at 405-378-2452 during our business hours for any size or styling questions referring to your order.  Store credit does not expire.  Store credit is sent to the email address on file in the form of an E-Gift Card via email once your return has been processed.

How Do I Return My Item?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if you are making a return, your original shipping payment will not be applied to your store credit.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you choose to exchange an item for another size (if stock is available),  you will only pay to ship it to us.  If we have your requested size in stock, we will pay the shipping to you. Note:  Our in-stock items are very fluid, therefore we cannot guarantee that we will have your requested size in stock.   If you want to guarantee you receive the size you want, we suggest placing a new order online  to secure your size while returning your first order to receive store credit for future use.  If you call or email us to hold a size, while you ship your return back, please know that we are unable to place HOLDS on items.

What If I Received the Wrong Item?

If we make a mistake and send the wrong item or size, please contact us at 405-378-2452 immediately!   We will, in this case, email you a prepaid shipping label for your convenience to return the item to us.  The sooner you notify us of any mistake, the better!  We will happily put aside the proper item for shipment to you until we receive the original order back.  Shipment again will be on us to get you the correct item!

What If My Item Is Damaged When I Receive It?

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them.  If you receive a damaged item please contact us by phone at 405-378-2452 within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can work out a solution immediately.  

Special Instruction For Returning Shoes:

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box so that the original shoebox can be returned undamaged.  Any signs of wear to the shoe will make them ineligible for return.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Holiday Returns Policy 2023:

Any purchases between November 15- December 24, 2023 qualify for our extended Holiday Returns Window. These items should be returned for store credit or exchange for another item or size by January 24, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS.  TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND  ALL OTHER CONDITIONS FOR A QUALIFIED RETURN MUST BE MET ALSO.
